Here are some of the frequently asked questions we hear.
How do I become a patient?
Please call our office to schedule your initial appointment. You may download our initial intake forms from our website or you may request them to be mailed directly to you. Please return these forms 3 days prior to your initial appointment for Dr. Nab to review.
What conditions do you work with?
We care for patients of all ages with a variety of health conditions. The benefits go beyond the musculoskeletal system and may extend to general health issues. This is because our body structure affects our overall function. We work with patients individually on diet, nutrition, exercise, healthy habits, environmental consciousness, and lifestyle modifications.
What type of testing will be done?
Typical functional diagnostics may include blood tests, urine analysis, saliva analysis, stool analysis, immune panels and neurological testing. This is all individualized based on a case by case need determined by Dr. Nab.
What kinds of treatments are part of the care?
Treatments may include chiropractic care, soft tissue work, nutritional consultation, specialized testing, and more. Dr. Nab uses individualized needs to determine treatments utilized.
Will insurance cover this?
Our office does not bill insurance companies except for Medicare. If you are covered under Medicare, understand that coverage is limited to medically necessary chiropractic adjustments and all other treatments, tests, and therapies are the responsibility of the patient. We will provide documentation and receipts for you to submit directly to your insurance for any possible reimbursement.
What are your rates and policies?
Please contact the office for our rates and policies. Many of our policies are covered on the consent form found on our website.
