My question to you is: “What is YOUR health care goal?” Where do you want to be in 6 months, a year, or in five years? What do you want to accomplish? Are the things you are doing today, right now, helping you to reach your health care goal? If not, what are the one degree of changes that you need to make today to reach your health care goals?
Nothing is impossible. One of the great leaders in Functional Medicine, Dr. Jeffery Bland, said it best: “If we look at the data that has been developed over the last few years, we see that it is never too late. It is true, the earlier the better, however, there is plasticity that appears in physiology all of our lives up to the last breathe we take. And so, there is still functional capability that is untapped in individuals if they take away the things that are causing the problem and add in the things that are necessary for function.”
It is never too late to make a change. Remove the interference, and allow your body to do what it was designed to do.
Not sure what is causing the interference?
